Plant Modeling

Calder Projects Services (CPS) uses a variety of Autodesk platforms to facilitate the drafting of our 3D plant models. One of the benefits of 3D modeling even at the feasibility study stage is that bulk material takeoffs can be taken directly from the model. Also rendered images  (JPG or PDF files) and real time flythroughs ( AVI files) can also generated from the model for presentation and clash checking purposes. These can be viewed here.

CPS also uses an in-house developed process diagram package that can generate listings of equipment etc for later use by our engineering staff.
